Nellie made me feel at home and comfortable. She went above and beyond. Due to COVID, I was only able to pick one person to be in the room with me. I chose the father, but it felt strange not having my mother with me. Nellie made me feel like my own Mom was in the room with me. She was very helpful, nurturing, caring, and compassionate. Very genuine. I've never met a Nurse like her! She was thoughtful and informative as well.
