I greatly benefited from having Nick as my nurse for several shifts (more than any other nurse!) during my 10-day stay. I can't overstate how positive, available, knowledgeable, kind, and cooperative he was at all times! A true biblical servant's heart. One example: several mornings I struggled with an excruciating nerve in my back. Nick and I came up with a pain management plan. He went out of his way to request what I needed early in his shift so that I was ready to face all the challenges of the day including therapy visits, etc. I am deeply and eternally grateful to him!
