Nichole is so easygoing, very helpful, and caring. She always offers to help. Is very personable with the patients/families and goes above and beyond to make their stay pleasant. Nichole is one of the kindest people I know. She goes out of her way on a regular basis to make sure her patients and their families receive everything they need. She is always kind and compassionate even on the busiest of days. She often does goes the extra mile to make sure her patients feel special and important. On patient birthdays she often stops at the store in the morning to purchase balloons or decorations for their room. She always makes sure that ALL the patients' and families' needs are met. She is patient and takes her time to answer everyone's questions. Nichole enjoys teaching new staff and students. She often volunteers to take them on and does a great job teaching them and nurturing them. She is such an important part of our team. She is quick to offer her help when anyone needs it and does everything she can to make the day run smoothly. Nichole is a fantastic critical care certified nurse and takes pride in the care she gives her patients and is very deserving of this award.
