With her visionary skills, Mrs. Madou leads her unit with new initiatives, re-enforcing mission and vision of the hospital, working tirelessly to keep her staff engaged. In January 2018 Ms. Madou achieved a dual Master's degrees in Nursing and Public Health. As part of her emphasis on public services, Mrs. Madou worked with youth from the LGBTQ community and HIV+ youth and developed a grant for an educational workshop on PrEP (Pre-exposure prophylaxis) as her Capstone Project.
Mrs. Madou continuously displays professionalism and possesses robust interpersonal skills. Always committed to holistic nursing care, Mrs. Madou works well under stress with empathy, dedication, and compassion. Mrs. Madou is readily available to assist her colleagues wholeheartedly to go the extra mile to ensure that patient's needs are met.
