Nicole Arnold, RN

Nicole has been a night nurse for my dad for several nights and she has done an exemplary job of doing her professional duties as well as showing compassion for my dad and for my siblings and myself. She explained changes in medication and other matters related to Daddy’s care with knowledge of the matters about which we had questions, but also with sympathy and kindness. This hospital’s third-floor staff has gone above and beyond our expectations, and Nicole is an excellent example of that.
