This nurse does it all!! Nicole goes above and beyond every day!! She does everything from direct patient care, ordering, nurse navigation, assists with procedures, inbox patient calls, problem-solving, resource investigation, team member schedules, backfill for the practice manager, and ongoing provider support. She is extremely knowledgeable and is a resource to the system for pain and spine. She has presented in nursing team meetings and travels to other sites to provide support and training. She is savvy with health informatics and finds efficiency with nursing workflows. The most impressive quality she possesses is her compassion and human connection with her patients. She speaks to them with respect and provides excellent nursing care –she consistently follows up and always makes sure they understand the plan of care.
