Nicole Jackson, RN

During our stay at Shelby Baptist, everyone went above and beyond. We had hopes of bringing my mom's brother home shortly after completing his rehab at Encompass. Those plans quickly changed after another stroke took over his body. After moving out of SICU for the second time, we moved to 2 North, and Nicole became our nurse. She came in on one of the hardest days when we had to sit down and choose hospice. Nicole went above and beyond in everything! Not just his needs, but ours as well. The care she gave was exceptional and we will forever be grateful. It was one of our worst days, but Nicole made it a little brighter.
