Nicole took such excellent care of my father while he was on the Nephrology floor. On the night he was admitted, I was hesitant to go home, but Nicole’s compassionate attentiveness reassured me. She made my dad comfortable and treated him with such kindness. When his vitals were dangerously low, she was vigilant in monitoring his condition. I’ve stayed in the hospital with my parents on various occasions, and Nicole is one of the most pleasant, caring, and attentive night shift nurses I have ever met. She is exceptional, and her competence gave me peace of mind when I had to leave my father in the evening.
