I recently witnessed the impact Nicole had on a patient at the Westside. It was noted at the time of her discharge when Nicole went out of her way to say goodbye to this particular patient. They had worked together for months, as this patient had complicated wounds. The patient wouldn't leave without a hug and thanks to Nicole specifically. She stated she would not have made it through the stay without her compassion and support. She makes an impact on all our patients. The proof is in our CALNOC studies. So thank you, Nicole, for not only being an amazing wound care nurse but an amazing person!
