We have had many trips to the ER. Today, however, was a much different experience. Nicole listened to every little detail about what I thought was wrong with my daughter. She spoke with the doctor and was back very quickly to run tests and try to get ahead of the sickness! Nicole had to draw blood from my special needs 4-year-old, and you could see the heartbreak in her eyes! My daughter was severely dehydrated, and it was so hard to find a good vein; it only took Nicole one stick!! She was very compassionate and so very caring with my girl today. She went above and beyond today, and it should not go unnoticed. Thank you again for everything that was done.
