My mother had heart valve surgery in January and was in the CVICU after surgery. There were complications during the surgery making it necessary to have more care and monitoring. Nicole was my mother's nurse on day 1 and 2. The tender care she provided was unbelievable. She kept us updated on changes and concerns throughout the day. She was a wonderful listener when we shared stories about our mom, enabling Nicole to get to know her as more than a patient. After our mom passed, she took time to redress her, clean her, and allow my mom to leave with the greatest dignity possible. I will never forget Nicole, no matter what. She did her job and so much more to help us move on without our mom. Thank you!

Nicole took special care of my mom after heart surgery. She made sure mom was clean and comfortable and not in any pain throughout her passing on the next day. She was empathetic to our situation and always caring about what we were going through. I know my mom was well taken care of and truly loved during the short time with Nicole. We were blessed to have an amazing nurse like her look after our beloved mother.
