I came in when my water broke and shortly after found out my baby had passed away. Nicki was my nurse for the night and was seriously the sweetest lady I'd ever dealt with since switching doctors. She addressed all my concerns and made me as comfortable as I could have been given the circumstances. The next day when she came in for her shift; she brought me roses and a teddy bear with a memorial box and let me know she had been thinking of me. She went out of her way and was the absolute sweetest to me.
