Nikki was an angel for our family. She treated our grandfather with absolute patience and love. Even when he tried to hit her - her sincere care never wavered. She consoled my grandmother after we received the news of my grandfather's stroke. She coordinated his transport and helped calm him out of psychosis. Our family is forever grateful for the great care, patience and positivity that Nikki provided for us in a very dark time. Thank you!

My mom was admitted for over a week in PCU. Nikki took care of my mom 3-4 times. Her loving care and calm reassurance provided comfort to the family. A procedure was done to help her breathe (tube in nose). Nikki's composure was so reassuring. All the time she kept making sure the family was okay. She treated my mom with such love and dignity through the end of her life. After my mom passed, Nikki made sure the family was comforted. She went above and beyond to help us transition.
