Norma has spent quite a bit of time with us helping to make sure that we understood everything that we needed to know about our child's diagnosis and medications. She has taught us how to perform injections and all about the different medications that we use. She worked as bridge between us, their office, Enbrel and the pharmacy when it was prescribed. She's called me back many times when I have called about current problems or because I forgot to ask a particular question while in the office. She makes both of my children feel special, and not just the ill one. We always feel that we are welcome to call whenever we need to. Norma has been a pillar of support!
