Oksana was exceptional from the moment she started her shift. I was in the middle of the induction process when Oksana came on board. She was there holding my hand during epidural placement helping me stay calm. She made sure I was aware of what was going on every step of the way. She redid my IV placement as I began to swell. She made sure I was comfortable and had what I needed. She was there with the midwife and another nurse who joined to help as my son made his debut. We shared a wonderful experience as my son joined us and we are so grateful for a compassionate trustworthy and authentic nurse who was there for us every step of the way.
