My sister, E, was a patient in the AICU at IU North in August. She lost her battle soon after. These nurses were outstanding in the care of my sister and all our family members. Their clinical skills were excellent; they were unflappable when E did not respond as anticipated. They addressed every challenge with such compassion and tenderness. They were mindful of her bruised and broken body and were so gentle. We could not have asked for a better team. I have worked in several hospitals and volunteered in two NICUs at home in Pennsylvania. IU North is one of the best hospitals. You certainly merit your MAGNET status!
