Ora went above and beyond her duties when she found me in the dumps because I was having my foot cut off. A case manager had upset me, and I was ready to give up and just go home and lay down and die. She told me not to allow this to make me give up. That I needed to think positive and not negative thoughts. She took the time and listened to me and made me feel better and I wasn't so scared when I went in for my operation.
