Pam has worked tirelessly in the operating room, stayed late on multiple occasions, and volunteered to take on challenging cases. In addition, Pam has taken over as the lead conscious sedation instructor and taught multiple sedation classes. She has also been tasked with educating ICU nurses on Phase 1 recovery in preparation of direct admissions from the operating room. In doing so, Pam had to create and deliver a lecture, most of which was done on her own time. Pam received tremendous praise from the ICU nurses and management.
