Pam has been an exemplary nurse for my sister. Her beautiful smile, pleasant manners, and efficient skills have been so appreciated by the patient and our family. The patient has been fighting liver cancer for three years and is about to start palliative care. During this very painful and difficult hospital stay, Pam has made sure meds were delivered in a timely manner and that the patient's comfort and care mattered all throughout the day. She brightened our lives with her smile and gentle approach to problem-solving issues that arose each day. For five consecutive days, she demonstrated her professionalism, always patient with a “can do” spirit. We are so thankful that she created a ribbon of grace that ran throughout the days.
