Pamela Arntzen is an awesome leader and nurse. She is kind and compassionate. She goes above and beyond for both her staff and her patients. Whenever we have a patient who is upset, she goes out of her way to make sure that the patient is informed about what is going on. This helps the patient to feel safe and eases his/her anxiety. She is always willing to roll up her sleeves and dive into whatever it is that the staff needs. She will never let us drown; we never have to ask when we get crazy we know that she is there to help us. She always has a smile and is knowledgeable. Matter of fact we call her the human vein finder. Not to mention she knows all the department numbers by heart. Thank you for your leadership, Pamela.
