Patricia is the best worker I have ever seen in all of my years working for IBM. She is the kind of person all companies seek out and promote quickly. I told her how great she is, but she is very humble and said she was just doing her job. She brought all the team members to me to turn chaos into a solid plan for my DC. She made sure the dietician saw me, so I had a great education about my diet. She ensured I was seen by the urology PA so I can manage my catheter. Before I was admitted, I had difficulty managing the [straight] catheter. I had to wake up at night to do the catheter. Now, I will be much better off. Patricia is kind, warm, and caring. She also can be tough when it's called for, and I appreciated her keeping me on point. She is the full package. She even ensured handoff to the night shift was robust to have perfect continuity.
