I am a Certified Hospice and Palliative care nurse from RVA. When Patti came on shift, she recognized my family member was not comfortable with pain and distress. She reviewed orders with me, and together we formed a plan to keep my family member comfortable. I had planned to stay the night, however, once Patti began caring for my sister, I felt comfortable enough to go home and sleep. Thank you for hearing my concerns and advocating for my sister.
