Paula Alfaro, RN

Paula was very nice as a preceptor to myself as a student. She was patient, kind and engaging. She took the time to explain things to me when I needed a better understanding, engaged actively with me, and allowed me to enhance my skills as a future nurse. She was compassionate to the patients and had a positive attitude. She’s friendly to everyone and was a role model to the kind of nurse I strive to be. Paula impacted me in the few hours I knew her, showing her to be exceptional. Thank you to Paula and all of the MH staff for giving me an exceptional clinical experience. You all rock!
