My mother stayed at Temecula Valley Hospital while being COVID-positive and suffering complications. She's a 72-year quadriplegic and after being moved out from ICU, she stayed on 5th floor. My mom received magnificent service from Paula. Something as simple as a warm introduction made my mom feel at ease in a hospital. My mom's stay was challenged by the fact that she speaks Spanish only, and Paula made it work even though she speaks only a word or two in Spanish. The perfect way to understand each other is with a simple smile, and with some head nods too, but she really made her feel cared for. Paula's smile and explanations really made her feel incredibly comfortable which I think went a long way in helping my mom recover. Her smile and service were top-notch. My mother made it home after a huge scare where we thought we nearly lost her due to COVID complications. Now we're smiling too and your service will never be forgotten.
