Paula Watts, RN

Paula goes out of her way to meet your needs, is always personable, checks in regularly, and greets my husband and me by name. There were several days where staffing was short, alarms going off, very stressful, and some staff were visibly stressed. Paula never lost her cool and stayed smiling, pleasant, and attentive, while still being everywhere at once. She answers every call quickly, offers advice and help, and always with a smile and maximum effort. All of the nurses and staff were great, but Paula stands out. She cares about the work and never loses sight that this most difficult job is about many things, but above all else, it is about taking care of people in their greatest time of need. Paula does that and more…and always with a smile … She is a credit to her profession.
