I am nominating Karen Rowe, RN and her OR team of nurses and techs along with the periop staff. They have gone above and beyond by helping provide care in a critical time of need during COVID-19 surges. They have had to arrange their everyday schedules to be able to work all hours and shifts. They have all worked outside of their comfort zones to make sure that our patients in every area were cared for with compassion.
