My first encounter with the hospital today could not have been better. This RN (Phillip Mallery) was my son’s triage nurse. Phillip went above and beyond for my son. My son came to the Emergency Room scared because he got a splinter that I couldn’t get out. Phillip calmed my son’s fear, talked him through everything, and my son left happy. Phillip’s attitude and love for what he does made us all feel safe and comfortable where we were. The world could use more nurses like Phillip!

Phillip, if you see this, thank you so much for caring for my son the way you would if he were yours.
