Phusicha has been the assigned nurse to my husband on many occasions since he was admitted here in ICU. His illness is very complex, and she has always treated him with respect, humor, compassion and given him the dignity he deserves. She is cheerful, carries out her duties efficiently and effectively and always with her smile. She is knowledgeable and makes a point of updating me and my family through every stage of my husband's care. It is hard as a family being so far away from home, family, and loved ones. Phusicha has always listened and reassured and has been an invaluable support during this very difficult time. Phusicha's standards have been of the highest quality. I feel that the care she has given my husband, myself and family deserves recognition.
