Nurse Pitsamai is stationed in the International Ward wherein she cares for Arabic patients. As a foreign patient, getting treatment in a different country with a different language is difficult and challenging. But, with Nurse Pitsamai's help and enthusiasm, foreign patients would mostly commend her for making them feel like they are in their home countries. She will not only excel in her nurse duties but also in treating them like her own family. She would even ask her patients to call her daughter or "Luk-sao" in Thai.

In some cases, she would try to learn their local language just to communicate and understand them better. She is described as a "bundle of joy" or an "angel nurse" by her patients because of how she puts her heart out to them. In her own ways, she helps patients recover faster and makes them feel at home even though they are in a foreign land.
