Over the past few months, Pre and postsurgical services have received numerous commendations and glowing reviews from patients. Pre and postsurgical services consists of the following units: Preadmission Testing, Preoperative Services, Phase II Recovery, PACU, and Inpatient Holding. I drive by three hospitals to get to Grandview! “Why?” you ask. Because of the staff, the cleanness of the hospital, and the welcome feeling you get when you interact with the admitting staff, the nurses who prep you for surgery, the post-op nurses, and the anesthesiologists who visit you prior to your surgery. And I will not forget my physician who always gives a pre-surgery visit and provides the updates that your family receives during and immediately after your surgery. That is why my prior 4 surgeries have been performed at Grandview and my upcoming next two surgeries will be performed at Grandview! 
Because of the 1.5 hour drive, I get up at 3:30 am to ensure I am at the hospital at 5:30am. That is a small price to pay for perfection in health care service! Keep up the good work, folks at Grandview. I appreciate all of you who have helped not only me but also my wife. Not many will say this, but I look forward to seeing you all for my next surgery!

All the staff members, nurses, and my service provider were nothing but helpful and kept my husband informed while I was in surgery. Pre-op and afterward were awesome as well. The nurses made sure that I had something to drink when I got out of surgery and went over everything prior to surgery in regards to the anesthesia and what they are going to do before and after my surgery. After I came home, they called to check on me to make sure that everything went well and that I had been doing well since I had been home. I would recommend this hospital and facility to anybody.
