The smile of a "princess" is one of the most remarkable things you will notice while entering the Endoscopy Unit and upon opening your eyes after undergoing a procedure in this unit, according to the nominator. The worst anxiety a patient can experience is when they are undergoing tests and treatments and are anticipating a result. However, having a nurse take care of you when no one else is permitted to, constantly smiling even through the facemask she wears, asking you what you need, and explaining things to you that you need to know is a huge relief. Princess is a wonderful person who is both a nurse at heart and a nurse by profession. She made things as easy for the patient as possible, and she is truly excellent.
