I came in to the ER; I was scared and upset because I was having a miscarriage. As soon as Priscilla came into the room her bright smile and warm personality made me feel better. She made me feel safe. She told me she was going to be with me the entire time. Her bright smiling face was the last thing I remember seeing before my surgery and then her bright smiling face was the first thing I saw when I woke up. She went beyond and above her job to make sure I felt safe and happy and calm. She had so much compassion for me and my family members who were there with me.
