Priscilla is like a breath of fresh air, a complete joy. I have been a patient here for over a week after having a very painful major surgery. She has a great attitude and takes the time to really care. During a very difficult and scary time, she has made it easier. I am doing better because of her. Thank you.

First, let me say that my care was extremely appreciated, as I received very thoughtful care. I'd like to call out the nurses' names that I recall: Priscilla and others as well. All provided me with a feeling of safety and interest in my health and healing, and generally provided an atmosphere of positivity. Everyone displayed great knowledge in their role and interest in my well-being. 
  
I'd like to highlight Priscilla. She not only displayed all the above qualities but gave me a sense of sincere interest in making me feel comfortable and secure. She informed me of the meds she was providing me and taught me how to clean and care for my "wound" after leaving the hospital. She had the bedside manner of someone one hopes to have when having to have surgery and stay away from home for days: comforting, encouraging, and always positive and uplifting. In my eyes, she truly exemplifies what a caretaker should be, and I want to personally thank her for that. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to express my appreciation and to thank this wonderful staff.
