I could have never asked for a better nurse. Q'Swana went above and beyond to ensure that L was cared for and loved on. Q'Swana also did an excellent job of thoroughly explaining all tasks and teachings to myself as well as L's dad. Q'Swana made me feel confident that my child would be cared for in the manner that I would care for her in my absence from the hospital. I can tell that she is very well educated and definitely uses her education in practice. Her bedside manner went above and beyond my expectations. I would love to thank Q'Swana again personally for the care she provided to my daughter. As a first-time mom, and of a premature baby, Q'Swana made me feel confident in my mothering skills. She took us under her wing and held us there until we were ready to spread our wings and fly on our own.
