Rachael Woodward, RN

Rachael Woodward is the night Team Leader on J5, and she does an amazing job in that role. She does pedi, med-surg, charge, orients, troubleshoots, answers any question we may have, assigns beds, teaches, and provides tremendous care to her patients. She is kind, smart, and helpful and no matter how busy the shift may be. When Rachael is on, things flow better, and any issue is handled. Listening to her precept new nurses is like the textbook example of what every new nurse could want in a preceptor. I think every staff member on J5, and Beverly Hospital would agree that Rachael goes above and beyond.
