She is never too busy to help and she always has the needs of the patient at the forefront. She has helped resolve numerous difficult situations in the short time she has been nurse manager — from floods, to patient concerns, to staff issues. She is simply the best."

She inspires the entire team by believing in us, listening to our concerns and ideas, and providing a vision and goals for our department, which ultimately positively affects the care we provide for our patients. She has a true passion for oncology and empathy for all."

She listens to input from all stakeholders, never assumes she is the only one with the solution.
