Rachel was very empathetic toward my needs. She was very informative in my care as I had never undergone any heart treatments. I was apprehensive and nervous and she was very caring and demonstrated professional but loving care toward me and my wife. She explained everything she was providing and why, to where I could easily understand. She was more than willing to assist and help with my needs.

Upon my discharge, she exemplified thorough instructions about my medications and appointments. Rachel has a wonderful personality and made my stay at the hospital more relaxing, if undergoing a problem of any health nature can be relaxing, not to say scary. She was easily able to communicate too. Actually, all the staff provided a wonderful experience for me and treated me with respect and kindness.
