As I write this letter, please know that my heart is overwhelmed with joy! I do not have words to express the kindness your staff has shown my husband or myself. This could have been such a different situation being so far away from home on vacation. I would have never thought my husband would have a stroke. Our family had to leave us and returned home but God has blessed us with a new family here at White Memorial. It started in the Emergency Room with Rachel Hirt as she was working on him, she showed so much care for me. She calmed me and him at the same time. All of the nurses and techs have been wonderful. As we were strangers in a new place, everyone was truly wonderful and will forever be family to us.
