Rachel Jolly, RN

Rachel was clear with instructions, prompt and professional with care, and above all kind and considerate when I needed it the most. I've just had rotator cuff surgery then complications (collapsed lung and paralyzed diaphragm). I've been in pain beyond description, but Rachel was always polite, direct, and showed knowledge beyond her years of dealing with my pain and other issues. She effectively used her training, experience, and sense of humor to greatly assist me through both medical and plain common-sense instructions! She was always kind and caring.

Yesterday I told my wife that Rachel had the wherewithal to become the absolute best nurse you've ever seen through her professionalism. Obvious education and vocational background, and effectively demonstrated social skills! Then today she's training another nurse and doing one great job at that!
