Bringing our baby to the ER for seizure-like activity is an experience no parent wants to endure. Our Nurse, Rachel Vitola, helped to keep our minds at peace during our stay with our 9-month-old. When she walked into his room, she walked into our hearts. Her hard work, persistence, and compassion is tough to go unnoticed.
Rachel advocated for our little guy when we felt our voices were going unheard. We want to thank her for her professionalism, dedication, and refreshing sense of humor. All of her qualities keep AI the amazing place that it is. Rachel, we are forever grateful!
