Rachel exemplified nursing with every interaction she had with my mom and me. She always took the time to explain to my mom what was going on with her in a way my mom could understand, no matter how often she repeated her questions.
Rachel was kind, caring, knowledgeable, funny, professional, and interactive. Every hospital HOPES for a nurse like Rachel. She is the epitome of what a nurse should be. All the nurses were great, but Rachel rose above them all. She will always be in my prayers.
