Radek joined Johns Hopkins All Children's Emergency Center in August 2012 and was named the Clinical Manager in June of 2013. You can find him on the unit taking care of patients and easing the burden of a busy department. Radek is engaged and knows the needs of his team. Their voice, success and job satisfaction really matters to him. Radek encourages the team to think critically and look outside the box for solutions, making their department a better environment for patients, families and for themselves.
