Raghad went behind expectations with the care she provided me and my son during my hospital stays. Her unconditional care and emotional support helped me through operation recovery. I can recall the night when I was in pain from abdominal gases post-op, and medication didn't help me relieve the pain; she offered to massage my abdomen with a hot compress, which helped me a lot, and this was the first time a nurse offered to do it.
