Raghad went behind expectations with the care she provided me and my son during my hospital stays. Her unconditional care and emotional support helped me through operation recovery. She showed empathy with every care provided. I can recall the night when I was in pain from abdominal gases post-op, and medication didn't help me relieve the pain; she offered to massage my abdomen with a hot compress, which helped me a lot, and this was the first time a nurse offered to do it.
