Ralene has been our Pulmonary nurse for over 2 years. She has made a huge difference in the lives of our asthma patients by helping them receive patient assistance for their biological medications, asthma inhalers, and being able to have their medications supplied at little to no cost to them through a variety of programs offered state and nationwide. She has spent countless hours with patients' insurance companies ensuring that they have the medications that they need when they need them. She educates and advocates for our patients and their needs with regards to medications, DME, and resources. She is a true asset to our patients, our providers, our team, and UWMC.
