Ms. Brito is an extraordinary woman. She is the Head Nurse of R3 East and a true leader. It takes a special person to work in psychiatry and Ms. Brito has an arsenal of skills and tools that help her fulfill her job's responsibilities every day. Ms. Brito manages the milieu and prevents crises on a daily basis. I cannot count the number of times I have seen her break up fights, both verbal and physical. Yet, Ms. Brito continues to show compassion to our patients. Her resilience is astounding. Her positive attitude and optimism help others get through the day. We are blessed to have such an amazing nurse on R3 East.
