Randa is an exceptional nurse as stated by her patients and colleagues.
Randa is described by many Pediatric ICU patients as the one who listens with her heart. The nurses in PICU deal with lots of end of life cases. Randa is an active listener to parents and helps the parents deal with their anger in a positive manner. At many times, Randa used to come from her off duty to talk to parents of dying kids and comfort them. In addition, Randa tries to convey this positive atmosphere and attitude through the PICU and among her colleagues.
