During an unfortunate citation (a code) Raphael took total control and saved our patient's life, the situation was handled flawlessly. Afterward, he went to each patient's chair, reassured them that everything is going to be okay, and gave them all a hug. It's very scary being a patient in a chair watching that. His compassion for Nursing and patients is truly amazing and impressive. Patients listen to him and follow his direction. He gives the highest level of care and compassion in all he does. Missed treatments have gone down tremendously due to his education and compassion. Raphael truly makes a difference in all he does.
