Raquel was a wonderful caregiver. She was extremely knowledgeable and caring during our 6-year-old son’s time in the PICU this last month. She continually went above and beyond to show compassion towards him and our family. Her professionalism was consistent day to day, but she always had a listening ear for my husband and me as we navigated my son’s very complex condition. We felt very fortunate to be under her care. She comforted my son during scary procedures, like MRIs. We received excellent individualized care from Raquel and the entire PICU team. Raquel and her coworkers are truly superhuman beings.
