Raven McCarty, RN

Raven always begins her shift by stopping by and saying hello. Any questions that I have about why I am taking a specific medication, she patiently explains it again in layman terms until I fully understand. Along with the reason for my stay, I also have Lupus, so I had many questions and concerns, yet Raven was never abrupt or short in explaining things to me. She ALWAYS went above and beyond! Raven asked if I wanted fresh bedding, ice, snacks, etc. Even though she is the nurse and not my direct patient care advocate, she's right there pitching in, ensuring the entire shift runs smoothly.
