Rayshad Joseph, RN

Rayshad was my dad’s nurse the day we found out we’d be moving him to hospice. We were all shocked and devastated. Rayshad treated us with compassion and dignity and worked tirelessly to make sure my dad was comfortable. He was communicative and explained things to us and importantly also listened to our family’s wishes. He helped my dad go to the bathroom, managed all of this medication, and even managed to get my dad to smile. Rayshad ended up helping my dad for about 3 of the last days of his life, and I will always be grateful for him helping to make this heartbreaking experience a little easier.
